There's always a part that's fascinated to see something new and creative in shows like these and Lesbian Ward certainly brings some new things to the table (and promptly inserts them into the girls) but it's just not something that's all that appealing. The vignette style stories within the episodes is a nice touch though and helps break up what could otherwise have been just a string of monotonous scatological moments.
